On her 21st birthday, Alex is working late at the amusement arcade. Her friends arrive to surprise her, but their celebration is cut short by a masked killer dressed as Mickey Mouse. Trapped inside the arcade, the group must use their knowledge of the games and layout to evade the killer. Alex takes charge, guiding her friends through the danger.
